People with a disability are permitted to use their own assistive device when on our premises for the purpose of obtaining, using or benefitting from our products and services. If there is a physical, technological or other type of barrier that prevents the use of an assistive device on our premises we will first endeavour to remove that barrier. If we are not able to remove the barrier we will ask the person how he/she can be accommodated and what alternative methods of service would be more accessible to him/her. We will make best efforts to provide an alternative means of assistance to the person with a disability.
Persons with a disability may enter premises operated by Artisan Procurement Solutions accompanied by a service animal. If it is not readily apparent that the animal is a service animal, Artisan Procurement Solutions may request verification from the customer. The customer that is accompanied by a service animal is responsible for maintaining care and control of the animal at all times.
A person with a disability may enter the premises operated by Artisan Procurement Solutions with a support person and have access to the support person while on the premises. Artisan Procurement Solutions may require a person with a disability to be accompanied by a support person where it is necessary to protect the health or safety of the person with a disability of the health and safety of others on the premises.
Service disruptions may occur due to reasons that may or nay not be within the control or knowledge of Artisan Procurement Solutions. In the event of any temporary disruptions of facilities or services that customers with disabilities rely on to access or use Artisan Procurement Solutionss goods or services, reasonable effort will be made to provide advance notice. In some circumstances such as in the situation of unplanned temporary disruptions, advance notice may not be possible.
