PRICING

Artisan Procurement Solutions updates pricing and product and service assortments on a regular basis as a result of a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, market and competitive forces, and reserves the right to change Customer's pricing and product assortment at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, inaccuracies or errors may occur. We are not responsible for such errors. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and/or improvements to the information contained on this Site and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice.

There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including those made to resellers. Possible circumstances involving our canceling an order may be limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

TAXES

All prices quoted exclude sales tax. State sales tax will be added to purchases where applicable, based on the "Ship to" state.

PAYMENT TERMS AND LEASING OPTIONS

If you are a registered business customer, not paying by credit card, the following options are available. Payment terms are 'NET' 30 days from date of invoice. Invoices unpaid by the due date are subject to a late payment charge and may also result in delayed delivery of subsequent orders. If you do not have an Artisan Procurement Solutions account, a major credit card (VISA, American Express, or MasterCard) must accompany the order. Payment terms are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT CHANGES, SUBSTITUTIONS AND ERRORS

All descriptions and illustrations are based on the best information available at the time of publication. Although every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to errors and we are not responsible for errors. Colors are approximate and may differ from those shown. Unless indicated, contents are not included with merchandise displayed. Manufacturer's specifications may change, or products may be discontinued without notice. Should an item become unavailable, we reserve the right to replace the item with a comparable substitution of equal or greater value at the time of your order placement.

RETURN POLICY

Most items may be returned in their complete and original unopened packaging, including all manuals and accessories, subject to the following "Product Return Conditions".

Product Return Conditions:

Products must be returned with a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us to obtain an authorization number in advance to accompany the product being returned on our website www.guestservices@artisanprocure.com

• Ink & Toner – Unopened, unused items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

• Defective/Damaged Ink & Toner may be EXCHANGED ONLY within 30 days of receipt.

DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES

In case of damage or shortage in shipments, note the discrepancy on the bill of lading/packing slip before signing for receipt of the order and notify Artisan Procurement Solutions immediately with a copy of the bill of lading/packing slip. Notification must be reported within 30 days of shipment. Where there is concealed damage, retain the packaging for inspection. For shipments delivered by a courier or freight company, report the claim to the carrier and obtain an inspection report. Notify Artisan Procurement Solutions and we will cooperate to help you secure a satisfactory adjustment.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

We strive to ship most products within 1 to 2 business days to locations within local trade zones. If your order originates outside local trading areas, it may take 3 to 5 business days. Products that are backordered, out-of-stock or drop-shipped from third party vendors may have extended delivery times. When you add an item to your shopping cart, you may receive one of the following messages that will help you estimate your delivery date:

• "In-stock" -- Usually ships within 1 to 2 days in local trade areas

• "This product requires special shipment. Ships separately" -- Usually ships within 4 to 7 business days.

• "On backorder" -- Backordered products generally ship within two weeks. If you’d like more information before ordering, or don’t receive your product within the expected time. Deliveries occur between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM local time. Customers will be asked to confirm and sign for the delivery.

When we receive your order, we will send an email confirmation and expected delivery date. Artisan Procurement Solutions is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes

If any delivery is prevented or delayed by any act or condition beyond our reasonable control, Artisan Procurement Solutions shall make all reasonable efforts to notify the customer of such condition and ensure delivery is made as soon thereafter as possible.

We observe many federal holidays across the United States. If you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your delivery date, please contact us at 1-800-340-0757

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer FREE shipping on all qualifying orders. Order by 3:00 p.m. local time and your order will be delivered FREE within 1 to 5 days between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, within our local delivery areas. Larger items excluded. Subject to product availability. Some items are excluded from free shipping as detailed below. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping. Orders not qualifying or outside our local delivery areas may incur delivery fees. If you have executed a separate written agreement with Artisan Procurement Solutions, LLC, with delivery terms that differ from those set forth herein, the delivery terms of that written agreement shall govern. Special orders not available in Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, or Guam. We reserve the right to determine the delivery method used to fulfill your order. Artisan Procurement Solutions, LLC ‘s, delivery rates and policies are subject to change without notice. DELIVERY SURCHARGES

Some orders may require additional shipping charges (surcharges) based on size, special handling, or delivery area. Please note, if you are interested in purchasing multiple quantities of an item with a surcharge, please contact our customer service department, we will try to adjust the charges on multiple quantity orders.

SHIPPING METHOD OPTIONS

In order to offer the most economical shipping rates and most reliable service, we ship all orders via a traceable method. Depending upon the size of your order we will ship via UPS, FedEx, the USPS or a common carrier freight line.

GROUND SERVICE

Delivery Times: 1 to 5 Business Days within the contiguous United States Service Days: Monday - Friday excluding holidays Delivery Area: The continental US (Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). Exceptions: We DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes or Private Mail Box Locations.

HAZARDOUS AND OTHER ITEMS

Hazmat items may also incur delivery surcharges because of the additional handling and processing time to ship these items. Due to federal and state shipping regulations, some items cannot be shipped via plane. These items can only be shipped using the standard Ground delivery service.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The above terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth on this webpage govern and control your access and use of the www.artisanprocure.com website and supersede any prior representations or agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Artisan Procurement Solutions and customer with respect to the subject matter herein, unless Artisan Procurement Solutions and customer have executed a separate written agreement that conflicts with these Terms and Conditions and is intended to supersede these Terms and Conditions, in which case the terms and conditions of that written agreement shall govern.
